"Cozy, quiet, clean"

All in this nice hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was super clean, very comfortable and quiet (no noisy A/C!!!). Staff was friendly, personable and helpful. The 10% discount on the very close restaurant was another unexpected surprise, as the gym and the (small) pool. Free parking, good location and a great value!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean facilities, very comfortable room with easy to control and silent through the night A/C (something crucial for a restful sleep and not so easy to find!). The whole atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

"Mixed but pretty decent"

Location, breakfast option/area, 3 hot tubs! Responsive employees.

We ended up switching rooms because the thermostat kept breaking. Also both bathrooms needed work. No vent fan. Bubbling paint & door because of humidity from not having any fans. Grout needs work.

The shower was great. The beds and balcony were nice

We wanted a suite but the suite they put us in at first was dark and creepy. Very un-inviting. They gave us another room that wasn’t a suite for the same price!
