Welcome to our Small Family Room. Bedroom: You will be allocated one of our cozy small family rooms, within the bedroom there will be 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bed, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite, some of our rooms have a shower only and some may also have a bath (subject to availability - please contact us if you have a preference) this is accessed directly by the bedroom. Please note our Small family rooms are located both on the first, second floor and third floor, if you would like a low floor please reach out to us (subject to availability). The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything.

The water system, anytime anyone used the water system, taps, flushing the toilet or the shower, the water pumps would kick in and disrupt your sleep and of course not everybody syncs their toilet or shower timings so it was constant all night, felt like we slept for about 10 minutes the whole night.

"Great location."

Great location, right in the centre and only a couple of minutes walk from the Q-park car park. There is a discount code for the car park that the hotel will provide. Lovely staff and easy check in. The windows are painted shut but there was a big fan already in the room for us. Even though there was live music and we were in the city centre the room was actually quite quiet.

No hot water for an evening shower at about 1830, I mentioned this to the staff who said it was an old building so I was to run the water for at least 10 mins for it to come through or turn on the sink hot tap to help it along. Neither worked and we were in too much of a hurry for an evening reservation to wait. We had late check out so when there was no one else in the building the hot water was on straight away. Get a shower early before everyone else does. Some people might get annoyed with the noise but its rooms above a busy central Manchester pub so its to be expected.

Great location and close to Victoria station. Staff welcoming and good value for the cost.

Beds were really uncomfortable, would benefit changing the mattresses.

Good location in central Manchester, very convenient for Victoria and main shopping.

It’s an old property so everything that comes with that guests need to be aware of - unusual layout, uneven floors in the hallways etc. Nothing bad though.
