"Jade East Condos Destin, Florida"

Love the facility, and our room! The view is spectacular! The beach is the best in Florida. The water is so clear, you can see your toes in the sand. Accessable to all restaurants.

Dealing with Vacassa. There is no staff on the facility. They never came to fix our clogged sink. My husband had to fix it. The numbers they gave us, no one answered. Had to rely on Booking.com for numbers to contact them. When dealing with check-in time the person was very rude! Started our trip on a bad note. But.... They did respond to texting, but was no help. I did NOT like that there was no front desk for assistance, or if you need anything.

Late check in dishwasher didn’t work, dryer took 3 cycles to dry, no plug for the kitchen sink

"With the exception of slow communication response from Vacassa, we had a pleasant stay."

I like the location on the beach. The staff I encountered were friendly. The amenities were good.

There was no one on site that could help us with basic questions. Every inquiry had to go thru Vacassa. The 'required' wrist bands were not in the room on arrival, so our three families had to pay for all of the umbrellas and beach chairs. It was stated in the information book, there would be 1 free umbrella and 2 chairs provided for each room tenant-per day. Because it took 2 1/2 DAYS to get our wrist bands, the beach person would ONLY RENT what should have been free. I didn't have this much trouble (when my wife and I were at Emerald Tower) last year. I will re-evaluate our vacation destination next time and find a location that is (more) user friendly.

Great ocean view. Spacious rooms. Great location for family activities that we were interested in.

No lobby or easy availability with 24 hour staff to offer assistance or answer tourists questions.
