clean and right on the beach

over priced for the outdated unit.

Nice location, Number and size of beds, Good view.

Our unit was a bit run down and not as clean as it should be. initially they ask you how clean it was the minimum you walk in the door, before you’ve had a chance to really look around. The master shower had long black hairs stuck to the walls. The tub in one of the baths had corrosion on the surface and mold around the drain. The master had black in the grout around the tub that could have been cleaned. The master toilet had a plunger next to it. It was required on almost every flush. The building was being pressure washed. We were given no notice. The walkways had water pouring down like waterfalls from the floors above . We couldn’t get to in and out of our unit without getting us and our belongings wet. Could be so much more. They should spend a little to enhance the value.

Right on the beach, close to shopping & restaurants.

Our condo needed blankets, a broom, needs updating, as shower curtain had mold.

No working cable during our whole stay. Had to run dryer all day to get towels and clothes dry. Worst leather chair ever.

We love the location and the private beach.

We unfortunately find some roaches. And the furniture was kind of dirty and also kind of old. Definitely need some updates.

They gave us the access code through text and email, so it was very simple to check in. The beach access was great, views were wonderful, and the proximity to stores were perfect.

The carpet in the master’s bedroom and one of the smaller bedrooms had a slight odor. We tried using the vacuum cleaner but it would not turn on. The hot running water was not so warm at times, and I had to boil water to take a shower. Also, one of the recliners in the living room needs to be fixed or replaced, one of the springs or something is broken and I almost tipped over when I leaned back on it.
