"Saw a non ADA dog on property-supposed to be PET FREE, unacceptable!"

I’m VERY allergic to pets and am careful when choosing lodging, so imagine my dismay when returning to the hotel and seeing a NON ADA dog with its owner in the lobby! This property says it’s pet free except of course for ADA approved service animals. So that wasn’t a great moment. Major stains on the pullout sofa, shower door not leak proof, so water all over the toilet after showering. Breakfast was lackluster, especially the eggs and decaf coffee, neither of which had any flavor. Thankfully we were there only one night for a concert at Dickie’s Arena, and we booked using airline mileage points. So glad we only paid the $14.88 for one night’s parking fee.
