"Good and bad."

This review is for a stay on Oct. 5 for one night. There are two reasons for the 2 star rating. At 9:30 pm the night before I called the clerk on duty just to inquire if I might get a room assignment ahead of time. Specifically an accessible room on the top floor. You would have thought I was asking for the moon. After numerous sighs and acting as if she was really tired, she pretty much hung up on me after I said I would just call tomorrow morning and she said "why don't you just go ahead and do that"....click. The second issue is that there are no USB chargers in the rooms. IN THIS DAY AND AGE!?!? Are you kidding me!?!?! Get a shipment of table lamps and replace the ones in the rooms!!! The room (323) was clean. Water pressure was good. Noise level was minimal. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was in good shape. Everything worked as it should. AC/heat worked well and was quiet. Bathroom was free of mold and the shower enclosure looked new. Some things need updated/replaced. Ceiling needs painted/cleaned. Wallpaper needs replace. I did not participate in the breakfast or interact with any other members of the staff.

The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was huge. Room was very clean, quiet, good TV and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

Bathroom flooded after my shower. Pool was closed, no hot tub. Staff was very helpful and concerned about the bathroom problem.

In a convenient area. Bed was comfortable, room was clean & the hot breakfast was nice. There are train tracks that run behind it, but they aren’t too loud. The pool is still being renovated and the hotel doesn’t appear to be very modernized. The staff at the front desk were mostly friendly and would speak.
