The woman who checked me in was pretty short with me, I was listening to another worker check someone else in and she was told about breakfast times, directed to elevator etc. also, after I got my keys, I was told that she wasn’t sure if my room was clean. I asked if she could find out and she said it was. I got to my room and it had not been cleaned and the housekeeper told me I needed to wait 30minutes. So check in was frustrating. The room was ultimately clean and comfortable but the hallway was incredibly loud early on a Sunday morning.

I came in early and after driving 10 hours Sharon had me checked in early! Great hotel and very convenient right off 74. Definitely will use this hotel in the future!
