Homewood Suites by Hilton Sacramento/Roseville

Breakfast was good, as you could have hot or cold. The location is great as you are close to a lot of restaurants and the mall.

It is a little dated and 2 of the 4 washers were out of service.

The pass keys didn't work on the outdoor doors to get inside the hotel. Other guests I spoke to had the same issue.

We stayed here for a nearby wedding and it was quick, easy, and conveniently located. The staff were nice and the room was great.

We had a one bedroom suite. Check in was easy and the people friendly. We parked in back. Fortunately, there is an elevator in the rear of the long building as well as the front. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchenette included full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable, if slightly on the firm side. The living room had a decent couch and chair. The room is okay in size for an extended stay. Breakfast was pretty good with a very nice and roomy eating area. This is a good place and we are likely to stay here again, but there are some downsides. We were half way through a three week trip and wanted to wash a load of clothes. The washer and dryer would only work if you downloaded a ‘Payrange’ app, signed up for their service with your personal information and then loaded the app with funds from your credit card. You don’t know how much to load because the cost is not shown. I couldn’t find how or when I’d ever get the excess back if I had loaded too much funds That’s too much hassle to wash a small load of clothes. Unfortunately, there is no EV charging. However, there are Tesla and EA chargers in the shopping mall a few blocks away.

Our stay was not the best I have had at a Hilton property. The staff does not seem to have control of the rowdy guests. Stayed a week and not one night was the pool area closed on time. Usually an hour late with screaming kids. Friday night there was a loud heavily intoxicated group by the fire pit. We as well as several other guests called but they were not made to leave until well after midnight. Staff said they tried but the people were not responsive. Will not choose this location again.

Always stay here for work

All good except the 12$ per day parking fee. Ridiculous and probably better to just charge more for the room then nit pick your customers daily. Talked with others in the breakfast area and none were happy about this charge
