Great location and very clean property.

The breakfast is served right outside the main room door so you can hear everyone speaking and music being playing starting around 7:30am/8am as if they were in the room with you. We had difficulty finding the right entrance as it was very dark when we arrived. The owner came to our door at night and was abrupt and rude asking us “how we got in?” as if we were intruders in their own Airbnb. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend anyone staying here as we did not feel welcome at all after an extremely long day of traveling. As a side note, they have signs in the room stating you’re not allowed to eat any hot food there which is strange and baffling as we wanted to get to-go food one night, but did not due to the strict policies.

Breakfast, presentation and quality. Pauline was polite and helpful. You feel easy to interact and talk to her, feel ease. Superb tidiness and quality.

Changing towels was not done for next day

Comfortable room and very friendly hosts. A short walk to Portree village center and a great base to visit Skye.

It was clean, quaint and well looked after. There was warmth and real hospitality that you can only get in a small business like this. They give you the extra attention and care that you look for if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in Skye.

The breakfast was delicious with many hot items to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. It was a short walk into town to the restaurants.

It would have been nice to have a USB port, unless we just missed seeing it.

A short walk from the square. A lovely stand alone place that’s updated, friendly, and cosy. Jim was more than patient for a late arrival as our ferry was cancelled. All around great place!
