Taigh Duitseach

We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!

The breakfasts were fantastic! The owners and staff were friendly. It was spacious clean and tidy, but comfortable and warm, with a great shower.

We had the apartment at the back, which was great, but battling the gate in the wind and rain was a bit of a challenge

Highly recommend to stay in this suite! We had a wonderful stay. This is a cozy suite with everything you need and the facilities are very clean. The host couple is very friendly as well. We wouldn’t forget they were making us the delicious breakfast everyday! We are so glad to choose this property. Thanks for having us again!

The room was a good size with everything I needed, 3/4 bed in a single room that I was delighted with, and the hosts were so accommodating, The Easter bunny even paid a visit on Easter Sunday which was a lovely treat

The only very small snag was that my room was next to the front door so I heard other guests coming in.. but that's something that cant be helped

Super clean, friendly, great brekkie

The room looks exactly as the pictures, all facilities high standard. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast was very delicious and Jim and Paulline were very welcoming and attentive to your needs. They provide for breakfast, options for vegetarian/ vegan too.

Nothing, everything was great.

Unit 4 was lovely. The house was quiet. Everything was very clean and well stocked. They even had toothbrushes and other toiletries. Great location. Easy parking.

Walking distance to downtown. Surprisingly adorable and comfortable bedroom with everything you would need. Breakfast was good!
