Taigh Duitseach

One of my favourite places to stay when travelling in Highlands. The room was very well equipped and lovely decorated. Modern, big bathroom with extra toiletries just adds to the comfort to the stay. Great views from the bedroom too! Fantastic breakfast with loads of choices . I will be back if coming back to the Isle of Skye as the island is just magical :)

I wish we had a small fridge in the room

The B&B at Taigh Duitsearch is exceptional. We had a small apartment with living room which was a great place to stay for our mid point of our trip. The hosts were brilliant, breakfast was awesome. Great in everyway and a very short walk into the village/town of Portree which was most welcome after a long drive.

Everything was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect, great food and beautiful bedroom, very quiet and pleasant.

Owner treatment wasn’t the best at first, he asked me twice if we were arriving late and we responded that in a timely manner, and at the check in when we finally meet he was rude. After that everything went smooth, no complaints.

Pauline was very very helpful and a great host. Gave me lots of information about Skye and went above and beyond the call of duty in outlining the things to see and do on the island.
