メディナまで歩いてすぐの便利な立地でした。プールも含めて全体の雰囲気は良く、チュニジアの伝統的なデザインの中で優雅な気分に浸れます。ミニバーの水、炭酸飲料は無料でした。部屋のバルコニー（屋内）に洗濯物を干せるバーがあって使い勝手がよく、一晩でしっかり乾いたので便利でした。8月に滞在したためか、エアコンの効きが悪かったのは残念でしたが、これはこのホテルに限ったことではなく・・・

"Magnifique hôtel à la direction un peu faible"

Magnifique hôtel, décoration très soignée, restauration moyenne et service peu aimable. Piscine fermée pendant les 2 nuits de notre séjour pour cause d’infection bactérienne ... sous 45 degrés grosse contrariété de ne pas pouvoir s’y rafraîchir. Gestion de notre mécontentement peu professionnelle de la part du directeur «  cela arrive dans tous les hôtels du monde » qui s’est soldé par une remise de 50 % sur nos extras. Heureusement les managers passent et la magie des lieux demeurent ....
