Volcano View Hotel Santorini

Property with outstanding view, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with very helpful restaurant staff. Parking could be a challenge at times. Front dest desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting activities, however no VIP perks were extended

It’s a very nice hotel with beautiful views and restaurant and restful atmosphere and in general the staff are very pleasant and helpful buy on my first day I slipped and fell down the stairs outside which connect the rooms to the rest of the hotel. They’re very steep and there were no warning signs and there was no handrail to hold on to where I fell. I felt the staff could have been more helpful when I reported it and I explained the injuries I sustained. The manager seemed genuinely concerned but still wasn’t very helpful. It spoiled my holiday because I couldn’t go in the water because of the injury to my arm. It’s a lovely place to stay but the owner should review and update safety for guests.

The property was very nice and clean. We couldn't get hot water.

The view is incredible and the free shuttle bus to the airport/Fira is convenient. But the hotel room I stayed at is very very very humid, I feel the bed was wet at some point.

This was the quietest location with amazing view, equally amazing staff, very friendly and speak English very well. I would come back here to stay again and again. We when to visit Fira and Oia but they are too full of tourists, I prefer to be a little farther and transportation is easy to find. The public bus is easy to get and cheap. This was worth the money and we went by the recommended restaurants to eat my favorite was in Oia Pelicans rooftop has great views and amazing food, the lamb shank and chicken svalaki is worth the wait.
