nice views and located within a mile of Santos winery. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a free shuttle that runs a few times a day to the downton area.

Caldera view was good. Only part did not like that this property litter bit out side of Fira town. Hotel provides shuttle to town but only three time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano View Hotel. We had a balcony room that was situated away from the main pool and restaurant so felt very quiet and private. There are multiple pools on the property so we had one right below our room with a nice lounging area. The breakfast was great, gorgeous views, and all of the rooms are built into the cliff side. This location is not right in a town, but does provide shuttles to Fira multiple times a day. I traveled with my fiancé and we really liked how quiet it was near our hotel and that we could travel into the busy towns but return to tranquility. The room service was great, room was very clean. Only once during our stay did we lose hot water but the hotel fixed it very quickly. The front desk staff helped us to rent an ATV to explore the island which was great! We got to see much more of Santorini. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs were very friendly and always had a smile. We had included breakfast and selection was very good. My wife and I had a rental car and we enjoyed the stay because parking was easy and it was in the middle of the Santorini island. Will recommend. Views are great!!
