Quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly and booking process easy.

A good sized room with comfortable bed, as well as a sofa, dining table and work desk. Nice bathroom too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rubbish in car park

Staff was polite but lacked social skills and could barely speak English. Though he was helpful when asked, the language barrier was tricky. Upon staying, I quickly noticed how unclean my room was. The room stank of body odour, there was some kind of brown coffee like splatter on the wall and the shower had mould in 2 different spots… only stay here if you are desperate and cheap.

Value for money in this outer suburb.

My preferred stay around Clayton

Good for the price. Bed comfortable, room clean and very quiet. Downsides were the bathroom door of room 6 which needs replacing and the general overgrown gardens and grounds of the complex. However an ‘under new management’ sign would give hope that these things will be attended to as the new management get a chance to settle in and attend to the many jobs that require attention.

Nice place, large room, firm bed - a bit outdated though, cushions could do with a clean and no wifi or netflix etc.

Grotty looking, no staff around on check in had to go looking for them as phone not being answered., Out of date by years of bed, furniture etc dark dingy, did not smell fresh, bath room door swollen due to previously being wet had been painted over, shower over spa bath a risk for slips trips and falls. Couch provided to sit on was uncomfortable old and not supportive when sitting on it like everything else. Breakfast was terrible nothing much left person doing breakfast had as much personality as a wet sock. Well overpriced. Don't stay here.
