They gave us a room right by the scaffolding where workers going in and out through our front courtyard. And our view = scaffoldings

Staff were indifferent to guests.

The location and view was great.

The room was in need of renovation. Shower was dangerous. Scalded myself. The water mixer was faulty and very stiff to use. The TV was very old and had a set up box on top. Had to struggle to use it with 2 remote controls. Mold in shower. Housekeeping terrible. Didn’t make bed properly. Just pulled up top cover, didn’t straighten bottom sheets. Left wine bucket and a glass and an empty bottle of champagne for days. Keys to room never worked.Had to keep going back downstairs for them to reactivate them, every time I went out and came back in. Paint peeling on chest of drawers and on the bathroom door and vanity.I have looked at a previous review, and it says exactly the same comments as what I am making. Ot has not been addressed. I would hate to think if a child got into that shower, they would end up with burns. Not worth the money at all. These things need to be addressed. The staff on the reception were lovely. However this must be an embarrassment to call this a luxury apartment. I don’t understand how the housekeeping standards can be that low.

The room is comfortable and warmth. The location is excellent. Few minutes walk to the City Centre. Even though , there was no window in the room where I stayed to see the scenic view of the mountains, I am still happy during my stay as I am out and about during the day.

The internet connection could be improved.

Great location for views over the lake and easy walking distance into the centre of town for restaurants and shops

Limited car parking but we were able to find free street parking along the road outside
