The location is perfect.

The hotel room has bad insulation (draughts and sounds coming into the room, can hear voices from next room), bad water heating system (getting a perfect temp is tricky - it's either extremely hot or cold, and parking needs to be paid (was expecting it is included as part of hotel room booking).

I liked the location - nice to walk along lake foreshore and close to town centre.

I didn’t like the external access to my room or the very small landing as you walked into the room. Also thought there should have been documentation explaining how to use the tv and multiple remotes.

Comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A large room with a very comfortable bed. The location was brilliant and an easy walk into town, with beautiful scenery along the way. We will be back
