Great staff! Nice gardens

Pool was good but needed some work. Didn’t have bacon for breakfast & could not do a lot of drinks at the pool bar.

Lovely rooms and really friendly staff, they made our stay really special as we celebrated our anniversary and my birthday. Gorgeous surroundings in the villa rooms. Really enjoyed the pool and pool bar, great way to spend a chill day. Relaxed and welcoming spa treatments. The hotel is within walking distance to kata and Karon beach and lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Decent breakfast but could use some more continental options.

El wifi en la habitación no andaba muy bien. La cama doble tenía dos frazadas individuales.

This hotel provided us with excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and there's a buggy service to move around the complex. The big swimming pool was closed for renovations, but a second pool was still available and great for our use. Special mention to the security guard Ya. He was such a friendly and caring man.

Buffet breakfast was okay, nothing flashy. For the price we paid for our room it was perfectly acceptable.

Добрый день! Отдыхали с 5 по 12 мая в этом отеле. В целом хороший отель, чисто, на ребёнка 7 лет предоставили доп.кровать, все принадлежности, полотенца были рассчитаны на 3-х гостей. Убирали номера, банные полотенца меняли каждый день, для пляжа/бассейна каждый раз на ресепшене. До пляжа карон идти 5-7 минут. На территории достаточно зелени. По завтракам: яйца варёные, жареные, омлет с начинками, хлопья с молоком, то ты, 2-3 вида йогурта, цукаты, овощи для салата (листья, помидоры, оливки, бобы, огурцы, кукуруза и т.д.), сыр, ветчина, сок 2 вида, сосиски, картофель жареный или пюре, рис, жареная рыба по тайский, овощи по- тайский, лапша, ну и что-то вроде супа (не пробовали). 1 раз были панкейки. Не хватило выпечки - круассана или булочки к чаю. Стояла кофе-машина. 1 бассейн был на ремонте, но мы об этом знали, ну и в принципе особо нам не нужен. Есть мини спортзал и комната с играми (настольный теннис, дженга, шахматы, домино, настольный футбол). Рядом куча магазинчиков. 15 минут и ты на рынке, там же 7/11.

El servicio y sus trabajadores son maravillosos, muy serviciales,muy amables y muy educados. Toda la estancia velaban por nuestra comodidad y darnos todas las facilidades para que estuviéramos como en casa.

Le falta un ascensor en ambas columnas del edificio o que conecten sin tener que rodear el edificio.
