All the staf is really nice, especially the security guy. Als je een pool-access room hebt dan is het zwembad wel fijn, maar voor andere die komen vaak te laat voor een stoel Het hotel is 5 min verwijderd van Kata walking street, lekker eten en heerlijk winkelen a la bazaar.

De stijle helling, De vele Russen, die zich niet aan de regels houden (tot 2 uur ‘s nachts in het zwembad, en luid! En onvriendelijk.) Het instapbad met douche ( kleine douchekop), maak er alsjeblieft een inloopdouche van, niemand wil nog een bad in het warme Phuket

The hotel is lovely, stayed there for the last 4 yrs, sometimes twice a yr. This time the staff who were all new were not as friendly. Things seemed different, maybe new owners as all new staff. Nobody from previous yrs. Was overcharged twice from bar staff at the pool. But facilities still the safe. Ideally situated for what we want

Staff all new from previous yrs and not as friendly, polite. Overcharged twice at pool bar by the same lady. Front of hse staff, couldn't understand us. Not welcoming. Ask when booked in august that we could have adjoining rooms as booked two for family. Sent 3 emails. Spike to them on phone. When we got there it was not possible ! When been told preciously on call few days before this was ok and sorted. Had to change rooms 4 days into the holiday. Pools are not supposed to be used at night after a certain time but several occasions people were swimming and using pools after 11pm at night. Woken up twice. Hopefully its new owners and settling in as we did enjoy our previous stays

Nothing. Just one note, the walk from the road to reception is very steep so if you have mobility problems it may not be easy to walk from the main road to the reception.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and food markets. Staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Good breakfasts. Pool areas were awesome. We stayed in the cottages in which were big with lots of room, quiet and cool

The main pool area is great and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, full of local knowledge and more than happy to help with taxis/transports/trips. The bar at the front of the hotel doubles as the breakfast room and restaurant and this is clean and well maintained. The hotel is set between Karon and Kata beaches, so both are only a short walk away.

Some parts are quite dated, including the bathroom. We had water flood out of the bath whether we used the shower or bath. There were quite large gaps in the frames of the balcony doors and front door when closed (I could look at the view outside the front door from inside). The property is on a really steep hill and although the staff have electric carts they can use to ferry people and cases, we saw some people struggling a bit. There are numerous paths through the hotel but most end up as a dead end near a certain block of rooms, so you have to use the narrow road to the side of the hotel for access to the top blocks.
