Hilton Garden Inn Columbus

Indoor pool was not heated and dirty rag was left in shower. Also half of the equipment in the gym didnt work.

Rooms needed to be a little better cleaner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only concern we experienced was that the shower pressure was very minimal.

Second time staying here, approximately 6 months apart. Not favorably impressed either time. No real amenities except for 2 bottled waters on room. Had to return to front desk after getting wrong room assignment (someone was already in room). No real reason to recommend this property over similar priced ones. Was reasonably clean is best recommendation.

Loved everything but the pool was not allowed for use . Should stop advertising that they have a whirlpool. VERY disappointed with that part.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient. The only things were there was a blinking smoke detector that was a little annoying at night when trying to sleep, the trash cans were too small, and I only had two towels for a four night stay when there should be one towel per day.

The only negative is the smoke alarms “ blinking light and the blue light on micro wave”. The blinking light plus the reflection in the mirror in a totally dark room is what it must be like to experience “water board torture”. Try it out in room 327.

The wall and floor behind the toilet were stained as well as the tub. We had 3 1/2 pillows instead of 4 and they were too soft. The mattress was as hard as a rock, my back is killing me.
