Check in was fine . Door didn’t have a latch on it and the room was booked accidentally. I was startled by someone else using their key to enter my room . I spoke to the desk clerk about switching rooms for my safety. She replied the hotel was safe and no one else would be coming in the room like that again . 2 hours later there was someone pushing at the door . Didn’t feel comfortable through the night . Light to no sleep .

I paid through hotels. Com and the next morning the hotel charged me $340. It is is now a week later and I still haven't had the money credited back to my account. I have reached out to the hotel on Monday and they say they fixed it. Room was supposed to have a bath tub. NO TUB AND TOILET BARELY WOULD PLUSH.

Very pretty location. When I checked in, I was told breakfast was included. When I went to get breakfast, I was told it was included only if I was a special member; otherwise, it was over $11.
