"A very pleasant hotel in a great riverfront location. Highly recommend."

Our room was clean, the decor was fresh, and the location along the river was quite beautiful. We appreciated having an on-site restaurant and & bar, although there are several good restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to return next time we are in the area.

No complaints.

I have stayed here multiple times, and everything is great! From the check-in process to the room cleanliness, the staff, the food, and most of all the pool and hot tub are amazing and always clean!

"I felt like they rented my room to the crackers, that was there for a HOOKIE event."

It’s nothing I like about the property.

I book a room at this property because I was coming from Pontiac Michigan because I was having surgery in the Bay City area. I booked my surgery through Booking.com. I had to change my original booking to a different date, I changed immediately when I found out my surgery date needed to be changed. I went through Booking.com to make this change. I had no problem with reaching out to Booking.com getting this accommodation taking care of for me. Booking.com even reached out to the property to making sure the dates were available for what I needed, the property approved the changes I needed. On March 5, 2026 when I arrived at the property to check in at the hotel, that’s when I found out they gave my room I’ve already booked and paid for away. They didn’t even have me in their computer. The receptionist at the check in desk wasn’t able to find my name anywhere even after asking for my ID, I was no where to be found in their system. I then reached out to Booking.com about this matter to fine out I had to find another hotel to go too and pay more money out my pocket. I thank God I had it to pay but what would have happened if I didn’t. I wouldn’t never book a room for this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.
