Pullman Sao Paulo Vila Olimpia

I stayed here for a few days and had an excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and having a mall just two blocks away was incredibly convenient. The restaurant on the ground floor was also fantastic. The food was excellent, and I was mainly served by Bruno and Andre, who were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even though I don’t speak Portuguese, they made me feel completely comfortable and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place.

When I arrived to the Pullman hotel I was told that the hotel was overbooked (I had reserved here about 2 weeks in advance). I was told that the hotel had a “sister hotel” next door the Mercurie and was offered a room there. My original reservation was a large king size room and was given instead a small queen size room at the Mercurie. I have never experienced something like this in a 5* hotel and I travel very frequently for work. I cannot recommend anyone staying here after this terrible experience!!

The stuff is wonderful and the amenities/room are clean and spacious. They have an excellent breakfast and Andre took very good care of us, as the other waitresses. It’s our third visit and we will come again! Location is also excellent!
