Résidence Odalys Le Hameau du Mottaret

- Location is amazing, truly ski in ski out! Good value too! - Very close to the large car parks (this does not mean parking was easy to find though)! - Ground floor room we had provided a great view which was a surprise - Good amount of kitchen equipment to cook fairly complex meals - Much more modern and clean bathrooms than we were expecting!!

- 4 person room had a small kitchen, 5 person room had a much larger kitchen in comparison - 4 person room had one of two radiators working - Very few plug sockets in the rooms These are all fairly minor issues

Great location, nice staff, convenient shops and good layout of rooms

Sparse furnishings, no oven, limited hours of reception and no swimming pool

- location directly on the slopes - Carrefour Montagne right in the building where we stayed - the possibility of buying a ski pass directly at the accommodation - finally our accommodation problems were solved

- We were assigned a different studio than the one we ordered, with personal belongings of strangers and with different equipment than purchased through booking.com. At first, after complaints, we were refused the exchange, only after urgency and showing the photos of the studio on our mobile phone, the studio was exchanged for the one corresponding to the photos on booking.com. - Dog excrement in the hallway - two water breaks during our stay - once in the neighboring studio, once on the ground floor near the reception

The location is what sells this accommodation and we have stayed here a few times.

WiFi would have been a nice addition.

Good location and quiet. At top of hill but close to Chalets lift so no need to walk. Ski virtually to and from the door. Apartment spacious by French standards.

Lack of storage for clothes - 1 wardrobe and small set of drawers in apt. for 4. Nowhere comfortable to sit, just couchettes and dining tables. Wifi only available in reception in adjacent block.

Good location for ski break, apartment is 20 meters from the slope,.
