"Average stay. No value for money"

Location was perfect , in the heart of city. Good parking space available, how ever they displayed signbord stating that"Park at Your Own Risk". Reception team was very cooperative .

Hotel is rated as 4 star, but facilities and quality of stay meeting only 3 star. Bed comforter was clean but old. Strands of long hair found in the comforter. Wifi didn't connect properly. Refrigerator was very old and less cool. Breakfast menu was very ordinary kerala style, not 4 star type. Tea was not good. Security man not guided us our car to enter the busy road. Toothpaste /brush should be kept in the washroom.

The location is very good and very welcoming staff and friendly

The breakfast is very poor and not good at all they have to take care of that also the variety only Indians food and not taking care of international guests in food
