"Overall stay was satisfactory."

Breakfast was good . Location is excellent. The food at the in-house Chinese restaurant was very good .

The Bed Linen quality has to be improved to enhance the overall staying experience.

Good staff, ambiance, food, location...

Fitness centre doesn't have enough equipments. Also they open very late. People who wants to go for work will not be able to use.

Good location and spacious rooms with a modern look

Staff behaviour was poor, no hospitality at all - half hearted services, unenthusiastic people Breakfast was terrible - repitative spread on all days, food did not feel fresh, and gives stomach issues Terrible service at the breakfast counter - not proactive, need to follow up multiple times for simple things like coffee Staff looked grumpy and annoyed at all times - makes you feel unwelcome Housekeeping was half hearted - even after room was cleaned, used coffee mugs would still be left behind Essentials like bathroom mats were not provided
