Nice pool and close proximity to beach. Staff on the front desk were exceptional! Helped us with all questions and helped us to book rooms in our next stop in Spain. Awesome!

Great location with access to lovey seafront promenade. Room was clean and well appointed. A little dated in some of the furnishings but overall a great value. Our kids loved the pool.

The air-conditioning did not work and neither did the WiFi. Bad service

It is only 3 stars not four, no A/C in the room, the reception closes at mid-night, internet wifi is available only at one building but no wifi at the other building at all.

The condition of the hotel is very old. The heating system was very poor, antiquated and did not work. The room was SO COLD, and the staff did not provide an alternate radiator. The bed is not comfortable, the bedding old. The wifi only worked when the “stars aligned”, otherwise you must go outside next to the lobby to get a signal. Very, very poor. The good thing is the location: it’s next to the ocean and easy access to Biarritz. Otherwise, the place very over priced! I would not recommend.

Very clean, great service only have to be careful while parking. They have big rocks everywhere.

A large rock placed in the car park and invisible when seated in the car nearly brought our holiday to an end when I mounted it in my 4x4. I pointed out that low rocks in car parks was not a sensible thing. The staff were sympathetic and fortunately no damage was done. A leak in the bathroom of one of our 2 rooms was clearly known about but no one seemed interested. The position over looking the sea is great and there is a bakery 1 km away. Good value for the price

Dated hotel but sheets and towels were really old and worn as well and didn't feel clean.

Great location, just across from the beach at Anglet, and a short walk to the main Hun of Biarritz. This is an older hotel, however the room was clean, and having the kitchen facilities was handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a superb position and we were given a room with beautiful views and a large terrace which overlooked the sea and Pyrenees. The room was clean enough but the building and interior was in need of maintenance, considering it is a 4* Hotel. There were also loose electric cables hanging from the radiators and the pool has missing tiles. The staff however were most polite and helpful.
