The stay was awful. Very hot . Kitchen not complete decor unfinished .

Close to Promenade and beach. Nice little bar opposite for tapas and sunset drink. Decor tired inside and out but facilities worked well for us on a stopover.

This hotel is awful, and claims to have 4 stars. It is over priced, the sea view (which I paid extra for), could only be seen if you were over 6 feet tall. The whole hotel was in need of a complete re decoration, the bunk beads were in a space that was clearly designed for a wardrobe, right next to the entrance door, with the top bunk having easy access to the electrical fuse box, ideal for kids to access. Please review this hotel and give it the correct amount of stars on your website - I think 1 star would be generous.

The front door of our room had obviously been broken into many times due to the repairs that could be seen. The door was feeble. The location is superb but the owners must be resting on this fact to be charge high rates. Most of the hotel is in need of an update. The rooms look dirty even though they were spotless.

Extremely overpriced and our room was so old, and rundown. The location was excellent though.

It was the cheapest option, maybe I should have paid more.. the place is run down, back in the day.. it was probably a nice place.. that was a long long time ago.. I hope the fix it up.. they would really benefit from it.. WiFi only I’m lobby..

Nice sized studio with swimming pool and free parking. 15 minutes walk to Biarritz. No complaints.

4 stars? This property does not deserve any stars. Maybe it was 4 stars 50 years ago, but nowadays it is a ruin. No internet, mold smell, one small, shabby elevator (the other one did not work), charging a lot for the breakfast (required to be purchased at check-in). Everything is old and dirty, some doors have holes plugged with insulation. Nobody at the reception in the morning, had to ask other guest to find out that the keys need to be left in the room. The bedroom was so small that was impossible to walk in between the foot of the bed and the wall. Don't get tempted by the ratio price/stars, it is false.

Disappointed at first as booked sea view and we were on ground floor and could only see the sea when standing. Apartment small. A word of warning for Brits- there is no kettle! Microwave only for cooking, plus hob. Biarritz within walking distance and beach at Anglet nearby, but expect steep hills to climb.

Dining furniture not really appropriate. Terrible pillows. No soap and sponge for kitchen. 2 towels for 3 people (why?)
