We made a terrible decision staying here. The property is disgusting — dirty, unkept, no amenities, even the bare minimum, such as arranging the pool lounge chairs or simple paint touch-ups, is a mess. There is no interest by the property to provide even a decent experience for guests. No WiFi except when sitting by the pool, no help from the desk staff to resolve issues. We left early. This property should be one star and avoided at all costs.

Pior impossivel... Com um serviço degradante, chegada à recepção as 17:20, recebidos sem alguma empatia, foi nos dito que o apartamento estaria pronto em 30 minutos. Jà para não falar na resposta dada acerca do lugar de parque para o carro: "se houver lugar muito bem, senão tem de se desenrascar!" Voltamos então as 18:00 e nada o apartamento estava ainda indisponivel. Aproveitamos para ir dar uma volta e comer algo. Voltamos por volta das 21:00 e para nosso espanto o apartamento estava ainda por arranjar. A recepçao disse que era impossivel e então foi quando pedimos outro apartamento, que nos foi negado por nao existir o mesmo dispononivel. Prontificaram se a arranjar o apartamento de seguida. Eram 22:00 e ninguém fez nada, foi apenas quando voltamos à recepçao e pedimos para sermos reembolsados e que iriamos aprensentar queixa que alguém apareceu para limpar e deixar pronto o apartamento. Sem nenhum respeito por uma familia com duas crianças que apenas queriam uma cama para se deitar, o apartamento ficou disponivel às 22:30. Tentamos sair as 8:00 e para nosso espanto nao havia ninguem na recepçao eram 8:20 fartos de esperar, deixamos as chaves no apartamento e seguimos viagem. Sem duvida um local a nao reservar. Mas como nos foi dito pela recepçao a culpa é do ebookers. Obrigado

We stayed 3 nights and the room was never made. They even told us to hand wash the towels ourselves!!!! Terrible and rude service. Checkin took 2 hours and the lady did not know how to program the room key.

Fabulous breakfast beautiful view from apartment only problem is parking why not put a barrier with a code to access entry?

In the positive side, the check-in receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. He upgraded us to a 1bed instead of the studio we booked. However it went downhill from there. We booked a 4* apartment and got a 3* side of the building. The apartment was VERY dirty to the point we couldn’t even touch the kettle or any kitchen utensils. We had to clean the bathroom after a 10 hour drive as it was dirty. Couldn’t put any stuff on the shelf... My family were surprised that I have booked some place. I show them the photos and it is then I realised I have been put in the “less nice part of the hotel”. This could have been disappointing but there is not excuse for the lack of hygiene. I can’t recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff and clean facilities. We will go back

Location is good. Apartment had everything we needed.
