I texted the hotel the day before with no response. Upon arrival, I find a fenced hotel, requiring a code to enter. I rang the company, phoned, to no avail. Were it not for a guest to enter at that moment and there would be no way to enter and check in (the employee mentioned that the phone was out of service...!) The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing and it helps to look by its condition. Pretty dirty and smelly, in need of a major reno, but those renos will hike the prices up when they are done. So just enjoy the perfect spot where the hotel is standing…

Great for people in their 50s and up, nice '80s admosphere and decoration! Also perfect for kids!

Affordable, helpful kitchenette, next to lovely beach & easy walk to Biarritz.

The apartments are very old, dirty and smell of dump, there is no air condition so mind when you go… the sofa bed is very uncomfortable

Hotel.com advertise this place as a 4 stars but this is false advertising it is actually only 3 stars. The place is so run down. Shower is rusty and the grout is gone. It is now black. It is leaking everywhere. We arrived as a couple and only got one towel. We had to ask for one more. It was for a 4 nights stay. This towels wasn't replace for the duration of a 4 nights stay. The room wasn't clean for the duration of the stay. The toilet dispenser was broken and we could've access the toilet paper. We asked reception for more but they run out of toilet paper. Thank goodness it wasn't urgent need but we had to wait 4 to 5 hours to get some replacement and it was put in the broken dispenser which we couldn't access. It was another trip to reception. Nothing was offer by hotel when we mention all of the above. The cleanliness was questionable dust everywhere but we were told it was clean as they change cleaning company. Maybe a bit more training on what are the standard of cleaniless is on a "4 stars or 3" Even the hallway was dirty with cotton bud lying near the lift for all our stay. Will definitly not be back and disappointed of hotel.com advertising the place as a 4 stars which is not. This is false advertisement for your website. Plenty of pictures but the page doesn't let me upload them. Can be share with hotel.com if needed.

The beach opposite the hotel was great and location to biarritz was only 25 min walk

Hotel was located next to the sea not far from Biarritz. The hotel and rooms are very outdated and the photos are misleading. You get what you pay for.

Great location, check in and arrangements for coming / going. Apartment was very run down - kitchen tap dangerously wobbly, front door handle hanging off inside and outside and shower did not work (bath tap connector did not switch between tap / shower). Lots of adult groups drinking with glass bottles around pool. Very expensive for the standard of apartment.
