Good location, but could have done with a bit of a clean, massive cobweb in the corner , the door handle was lose and the key was a effort getting in even after they fixed it. The location is great as was the help from Didier but if your stuff like washing up liquid and pad would be good

Really outdated property. Would not stay again if they paid me.

Great location, nice views of the sea / golf course / pool, parking included and clean bedding. That’s the positives….. I have stayed in hostels in better condition. Really run down, poorly equipped small room (we had the family room with 2 bunk beds) no air con or fan, corridor outside the room smelt unpleasant, spa out of use, one pool had no water in. Screws in the back of the bathroom door rather than towel hangers made me smile. Tbh I haven’t got a problem with most of the above but I do have a problem with the property marketing itself as 4 star and the pricing.

No air conditioning , rooms and building much too old and Mott well maintained

For a seaside resort, this place was terrible. Fortunately it was only for 1 night. The hallways were dark and dingy, smelling of cigarettes and mold. The water in the bathroom sink smelled bad too. Wifi didn't work so i had grumpy kids. The saving grace was that the bed and bath linens were very clean. Wouldn't return.

The accommodation was attractive due to price but overall this hotel costs you more money and stress and I would pay a higher cost elsewhere. You will be disappointed here. Even the views from the rooms are not worth what is a hotel service that is outdated. Key issues are below: (1) Staff unfriendly, unhelpful and lie (2) Staff only work from 9-5 at reception (3) Staff would not switch our room due to neighbours smoking and it going through the bathroom ventilation - she lied and said no rooms available yet there were 10 or so still available online. (4) Internet does not work when too many people stay and half way through our stay (11 nights) it ceased to work at all (5) You have to ask and collect yourself to get new towels etc. (6) The plugs in the bath and sink are near blocked all the time and no one cleans it (7) The water stopped working several times in the morning so several days we had to skip a shower (8) Bin areas were unkept (9) Automatic lighting in the corridors did not work

Anglet is beautiful and the hotel has a great view. We arrived at 6 PM and reception was already closed, which added stress. It was also confusing to check out as reception was still closed just before 10 AM. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

This property was very cheap so we cant complain much. It had a lovely sea view. The room itself was really past its best & the bathroom not very clean. It had a small kitchen but no dish cloth, dishwash liquid or tea towel so was of limited use.
