The tranquil environment is very close to nature. It allowed us to have the much needed relaxation. The staff in general was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay.

I didn't like that there are no TV sets in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the two rangers were brilliant

A couple of small things , no milk in the rooms , only Cremora . We stayed in the indigo lodge and really enjoyed it as we were the only people there but there was no access to refreshments at the lodge , although we had dinner and breakfast at the River lodge it would have been good to have a mini bar in the rooms . The dinner buffet on the Sat could be improved upon .
