Premier Resort Mpongo Private Game Reserve

I loved seeing the animals, especially the elephants it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It made our stay enjoyable, and we felt at home away from home.

The cleaning of the rooms I was not up to standard... They did not properly clean the rooms, and some parts had webs that showed that the place had not been dusted in ages. Indoors and the outdoors. I would also recommend that the carpets be changed because they have a horrible smell. My friend with sinuses suffered tremendously. Preferably tile the rooms rather.... I would definitely go back if those changes were to be implemented. Lastly, it would be nice to explore having a spa facility in the complex. I think many visitors would make use of that activity.

The wildlife on our doorstep was lovely.

The fan in the room didn't work and it was a very hot day with lots of flies.
