Park Inn by Radisson, Salt Lake City-Midvale

Muy buen alojamento. Buena relación precio calidad... Buen desayuno y todo muy limpio.

I liked the digital check out system. I thought the price was very good for what we got, when only paying $98/ night. Staff was very nice.

I felt like the room could’ve been a little cleaner. Some mold/ mildew in the shower grout. Dust on the tables and lamps. Not a ton of parking out front so you had to park in the back of the building which gave me weird alley vibes.

Shower in room 139 it wouldn’t turn on. I booked another room by mistake and you would not let me cancel which really sucked

Jacuzzi indoor but some dirt on the tile floor around the Jacuzzi so had to place personal belongings on one of those chairs

A lot of visitors finished the hot cereal, and I was not able to get breakfast... I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days, we had no hot tub water in our room for 2 days.. I understand they had a plumber situation kind of emergency they probably just fixed.

My room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was ideal and close to many shops, restaurants, and the freeway.

The bathrooms should definitely be looked over by maintenance. My shower was cold water only most of my stay. My toilet would randomly make a screeching sound and would wake me up. The breakfast was bland. Would have appreciated maybe a meat option (bacon/sausage) or some ketchup for the hard boiled eggs at least.

First off they over charged me strange amounts and each employee had an excuse and still nothing is resolved. They made me check out of my small disgusting room and made me wait till 3pm for my bigger room. I reserved a jacuzzi room and I didn't even get one cuz they over booked or something so I got a king room at the same price when they should of brought the price down . Bugs in the sinks and baths horrible hard cloudy water . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE ! No hospitality at all . The breakfast was subpar at best and over crowded. The boiled eggs were gray in the yolk and it was so dirty there was no juice except watery apple kind of juice water combo. The breakfast place was squeezed together and guest very disappointed at every turn. The manager i talked to on the phone told me he didn't have time to talk to me and hung up on me when I was trying to get help with being over charged . This hotel need new management bad . Everything was horrible.

Asked for wake up call because phone,/alarm was broken. Didn't get one.

The swimming pool and hot tub

The shower in room 139 did not work at all. It wouldn’t turn on. I tried to turn it on and the handle broke.
