It was good at first until my sister in law went to the front desk to pay for another night and the guy wt the front desk was absolutely disrespectful was calling her a retard and told her she didn’t know how to read. And was just yelling at her the whole time.

The staff was completely rude every single one of them we dealt with or talked to over the phone would start yelling and than hang up.

Muy bien el orden y el aseo y no huele a mal me gusto

Las dos veces q me e hospedado hay nunca me an devuelto mi depósito 😔😔😔😔😔 eso me párese una falta de respeto asi la gente te dicen 2 Dias y pasa mas 15 dia y no te regresa nada es lo unico q no me gusta del hotel todo esta muy bueno menos lo del depósito

breakfast not worth attending as it was almost all carbs and not very good carbs! Hot tub works but a little worn out, but for the price, not bad overall setup

a little bit worn out but not a deal breaker. Here to ski and get a good sleep not looking for the Ritz experience.
