"Worst Hotel Ever"

Horrible !!! Checked into this Hotel in the evening. The street was unlit and very dark. The building was locked and no staff in sight. When finally opened there was one staff member to check in 20+ elderly people. The locals were milling around us and I felt very unsafe. The room was substandard to fit a 4 star rating. The room had a horrible odour and was old and looked tired. The ceiling fan over the bed was hanging out and very dangerous. There were no ammenities eg: tea/coffee/water/milk. The water jug was old and yellow. I would not recommend this Hotel. The photos on their website are not a true indication. The area is very unsafe and I checked out that same night.

Location good & near supermarket. Daily housekeeping, Good security.

Property was a bit dated. There was damage in the room that was more than just wear & tear - eg there was significant damage to the carpet in front of kitchen bench that should have been repaired. No banana lounges at pool - just seats. TV was too small - about half the size necessary for that sized lounge. The bathroom was dated and included stepping into a bath for the shower - no walk-in shower.

"Great location "

Apartments were great we had the executive so had a washer and dryer, it had all the amenities we needed. Pool loungers would have been great and some more plants around the pool to detract from the concrete. Great location for Mitchell Street being two blocks away - was very quiet but easy access to Woolies across the street.

"Great family facility."

Ability to have two rooms and a near full kitchen, plus being right next to the pool. Location was also part of our choice

Soap dish in room was rusted and no longer attached to wall securely, albeit we forgot to tell staff on checkout. Also our door lock had issues and at times wouldn’t open, it was showing what I believe was a flat battery sign (ex Hotel worker) but this continues through our stay after reporting.
