One of the twin bed mattresses was very saggy and offered little support. It needs replacing

Received an apartment upgrade which was nice. Two bed, two bath. Was lovely to walk straight out of room onto the pool level. Rooms serviced most days too, which is good for an apartment. Staff were vey pleasant.

The location was great, right in the heart of town. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

One day our room was not made up.

Location offered convenience. Room sizes were good and A/C effective.

Shower head found broken in main bathroom of 2 BR Executive apartment on the first day. Water flow extremely low in shower for both bathrooms. Shower cubicle in ensuite was too tiny and inconvenient. A lack of bathmat and slippery floor in bath as well as cubicle made showering hazardous. Staff got showerhead repaired next day. They informed that due to old plumbing in the building, water flow is always very low. Lifts were problematic as even when we tried to keep door open by hand, it kept closing. I would not have paid $1600+ for 5 days had I known about the sorry state of the executive apartment. Staff could not move us to other apartment. Management should ideally partly refund money they charged due to the discomfort we faced.

Neighbours kept their door open while they were cooking and the smell was in the hallway. Not good.

If you do not have a car, the location is brilliant. The units are fairly old and ready for an update but the ease of getting into the city may this really good value.
