We picked this hotel because of it having a hot tub. Needless to say hot tub not up and running and it does not mention this when booking reservation.

"This room cost too much for it’s age!"

Not impressed with this property for the price we paid on a Saturday. The hot tub was not working. The lobby was undergoing renovation and a mess. Our room was very basic and dated. There was a charge for breakfast. Our view was the worst view I’ve ever had in a hotel. It is below. There was a weird locked closet in the room. Just not impressed.

I am impressed with the personal care I received. I had a mix up with the reservations. They contacted me to straighten it out. The person at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. This is my second time staying there, and I will do it again.
