"Comfortable and good location for us."

Breakfast not included, under construction, hot tub out of order, price was over $100 more through Booking.com! I will not use Booking in the US for this reason again. Hotel was under remodeling, so there was construction noise etc.

"Someone in marketing should be fired for this...."

Broken stuff in the room...entire reception area under construction with drop sheets and wall protectors...given the inconvenience they respond by charging customers $12.95 each for breakfast plus $1.00/ per bottle water in the rooms...incredibly stupid marketing...given the mess surrounding clients they should comp all those minor offerings....maybe the worst Hilton marketing effort ever seen..

"Nice hotel, not a great shower."

Stay was nice room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and the drain backed up. We spoke to the front desk about the drain on our first morning. It looked like someone tried to rectify the issue as the drain was caulked, but it was still slow the next morning.

Due to a mixup in the reservation, (my fault) we stayed in the last room available, which was a King Suite. I felt for the price ($240) that it was nothing special and there wasn't even a free breakfast offered. Half of the Lobby was closed, due to renovations and the Hot Tub was not in service.
