Location was best part! Take boat around Lake Arrowhead! Worth it!

Need to: bring your own towels, wash clothes & any extended stay things! Have extra trash bags, tissue paper & screw drivers to repair outlets. The gas heater has a leak in #6 so don't use the fireplace or heater, unless you can handle the smell of gas,!! Also, the shower curtain is not long enough to prevent water on the outside of the tray make sure the shower heads face the interior shower wall. Be careful when stepping into the shower as there's a nasty screw head that has been cut off sticking up! Missing button🥴shower on handle. A fun tissue holder will allow you to position the way you want 😱 the bathroom has challenges! Spa tub has no water spout control so water goes everywhere if on too high. Be careful getting in & out as no anti slip mat. Turn jets on b4 you get in as the cold blast will shock you. In our #6, TV is fixed for the tub view...not for the bed. Cold water control does not have a screw to keep it in place! Use care in using the spa tub!!! As for the gas smell. I'm very allergic to propane or any nature or gasoline smell, so very sensitive causes alarm! No verbal input was shared to us in the 3 days we stayed! Be very careful as this can cause illness! Very short chain on light /ceiling fan was unbelievable! Other than the cabin, our trip was great!

Mice everywhere. Also dead in traps which means you already know you have a PROBLEM. Not enough towels. Not enough toilet paper. Asked for more and told "no."

It was close to town. Loved the trees and quaintness Bed was very comfortable and loved the fireplace.

It was a bit dated, especially the bathroom walls and vanity need an upgrade.

Let’s just say this is a rustic experience. Check in was easy and the staff very responsive

The furniture was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The bed was fine though, thankfully. The “kitchen” had absolutely nothing in it. Not even a wine bottle opener. It was *right* by the parking lot and the headlights shone in our window. It was not quiet so we had to shut the windows but there was no AC.

Location , comfort, size and amenities, ease of entering cabin. Quiet lication.

Parking for only 1 car. Since our friend came she had to park 3 blocks away.

The walk in shower was the best feature. It was very clean, it had a very nice rain shower feature with mini colorful led lights. the cabin was basically clean it was clean, bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi and gas fireplace were ok Microwave, refrig, coffee maker were ok. No plates or paper towels however.

1. Dirty/stained/ broken Mini blinds, could not open or close over the two large windows they were permanently stuck slightly open. At night the outside lights shined directly in our face when trying to sleep, same with the sun at 6 AM 2. Desk was very wobbly/unstable and beat up. The lamp on the desk didn’t work 3. The 2 person Love seat was impossible to sit on. The springs hadn’t come through but were very hard and very uncomfortable 4. We signed a contract for one cabin in advance ( very elaborate rental procedures) When we arrived, they switched us to one that did not have porch with chairs, which was one reason we went with this company. We sent a text asking why our cabin number had changed and didn’t have the amenities of our contract. We were told “ because we didn’t book directly, we went through booking.com”. It was our 49th anniversary, we wanted to sit on the porch/balcony, but were denied that. 5. There is no occupied office. All though the Managementb is responsive, communication is through text message.

Our stay at Sleepy Forest Cottages was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The fireplace created such a warm atmosphere, and the in-room jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus that made the experience even more special. We were pleasantly surprised that, despite being in a forest setting, we hardly saw any insects at all — just one or two over two nights, which is perfectly normal. The location is ideal, with easy access to the road, and plenty of restaurants and shops just a short drive away. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet we always felt very safe. We especially loved the outdoor charcoal grill, which made it easy to cook a little food and enjoy it while soaking in the beauty of nature.
