Extended Stay America Suites - Anchorage - Midtown

Rough neighborhood. Lots of hall noise all night. Pull out bed that we needed had no sheet and sheets given were too small. No blanket available for pullout. Thankfully we had a dog blanket in the car. Absolutely no frills!!

Room smelled, couch had stains, chair had dry food, bed sheets looked dirty, walls had dirt smudges

What a gross place this is. The hallways and the elevator were filthy, complete with cigarette butts. Advertised as with a full kitchen. There wasn't a cup, glass, cup or any utensils. Felt like i needed a shower after check out. To have spent $262 for this disgusting room really hurt.

The reservations were easy to accomplish with a fair price and not required to pay in advance.

This hotel was horrible. I believe it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hallways the elevator, the room itself weren’t clean. The curtains weren’t attached to the window securely, so the light came in. I had to hang a towel from the curtains to keep the light out so I can get some sleep. The hide a bed in the room was broken and couldn’t be closed, Air conditioner was broke. The room was 84° and very uncomfortable. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean linens were clean. However the front desk clerk was amazing but overall this was a horrible hotel that I had to pay top dollar for and I’m very unhappy with it . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location in the city. Accessible to downtown and restaurants.

The rooms floor was dirty and not vacuumed! The staff was not at all helpful and unresponsive. The stove was missing from the room and bathroom lights were not working !

The same cracker was crushed in the hallway when we left as when we arrived. Lack luster response from associates. Over worked and under paid or just poor attitude??
