Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The property is not well maintained, specially outside area and common areas are dirty, toaster machine of breakfast was not properly clean and very old, rust and dirt was in bread toaster. Common areas are not very clean and the driver washroom was also too dirty. Room was big in size but not properly planned for furnitures.

The location of the hotel

The attitude shown by the Manager and front desk was very disappointing. Cleanliness level has dropped, compared to my previous stay. Quality of the food served at the restaurant is too disappointing. No toiletries provided . Only on demand, it would be provided as mentioned by the staff. I have been staying here for more than 10 years. But I have a second thought to come back again next time. The Quality has dropped drastically after the change of management.

Location close to the temple (1km), walkable.

Nothing much to say, its quite an old property and under staffed. The staff at the reception are too cold, not really courteous and helpful. The restaurant is understaffed, so they tool a long time to serve the customers. If the hotel is fully booked, it would really be a nightmare to eat at the restaurant.

Reception staff very rude

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price we booked 3 rooms. I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. The room AC wasn’t working until 1 AM, and we were forced to change rooms multiple times in the middle of the night. Despite claiming that the Sai Mandir is just 500 meters away, that’s simply not true, very misleading. The hotel policies are also not clearly communicated. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM, which is not standard and caused us inconvenience. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff at the reception completely unhelpful, lacking empathy, and unwilling to resolve basic issues. For the price they are charging, the quality of service and amenities is far below expectations. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property if you're looking for a smooth and stress-free stay. Don’t be misled by the online descriptions it’s not worth it.
