The upgraded suite was spacious and clean although furniture / linen was outdated

Poor staff communication , breakfast choice and presentation poor but food served was good

Location

Suit has empty wooden box named as refrigerator..soda and chair cushions were extremely dirty which after notifying them they covered it with white bedsheets.. order bottle of bottles they deliver it to you after 4-5 hours...mid night no one attending your calls- no room services and no one at reception- just think of medical emergency...mid night 3 am power cut and no power backup provided for 15-20 mins..on checkout internet was down so digital payment was not possible, so they refused to give 1 bisleri water bottle- inhuman staff
