"Smooth and Comfortable Experience."

We stayed here with family and had a pleasant experience. There was a minor delay with the air conditioning, but it was resolved shortly. The outside pool area was pleasant to relax in. The rooms were sufficient in size and appeared to be clean throughout our stay.

Hot, stinky, rude staff, over-priced, and ghetto. Super loud as well. Only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfy and it was relatively close to where I needed to go. Oh and the road and parking lot flood when it rains and get closed off. Editing to add that theres soft spots in the floors and that the cops had to be called by another guest because someone down the hall was screaming for hours like she was being killed. (Not sure what actually happened but I think she was fine) The Wi-Fi didnt work, the air conditioner was on its last leg and horribly loud, we had no coffee pot in our room specifically, the ice machine was broken, the floor was sticky, the breakfast was pitiful, etc. Basically, just dont book here. The pictures i added just dont even begin to show how bad it really was

"Prime Spot"

Near major attractions like The Alamo and AT&T Center, as well as downtown. Getting around without spending a lot of time stuck in traffic was simple.
