Our family booked this location based on the pool amd water slide. We were not informed at check-in the pool was closed for renovations. We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to enjoy the pool between games. Had we been told prior to checking in we would have looked for another cheaper option.

Room wasn’t ready at check in and the pool was closed and we didn’t have notice given that all of the amenities excepted, were not available during the time of our stay. Staff were still working on cleaning rooms when we entered.

The pool is closed. This is the second time I’ve stayed here in 6 months and it’s been closed both times. No warning prior to booking. They are remodeling and there is stuff sitting all over outside and the inside is messy.
