"After that all was comfortable."

Our first room’s carpet had an awful, awful! smell! So bad we could hardly breathe. But when immediately requested another room the Staff provided completely fresh room.

Our first room should have the carpet stripped and put new fresh carpets!

"Poor reception. Old, very loud A/C. BAD"

Our A/c sounded like a freight train. Got in late so did not report. Wanted to report in morning, but just like when trying to check in, there was no attendant. Waited 10 minutes in empty lobby at check in. Gave up in am at checkout Feel strongly we deserve refund. Barely slept and service was lousy
