Perfect location to visit family who live in the area

Certain individuals parked in the handicapped spot and did not have a handicap plate or a hanging tag on the car. I am handicap and have plates on my car and I didn't have place to park because of this.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was awesome. Just the eating area for breakfast wasn’t clean

The breakfast area wasn’t clean. The floors were sticky, all the tables were dirty. We had to get someone to clean the tables. That lady was nice about it. And was happy to do it even though it wasn’t her area. All the staff was on their phones in the manager office area either inside of it or standing by it. They all laughing just hanging out. The coffee was out. No creamer. So I rate this area a 0

The manager was unprofessional, lied, uncooperative and just downright a complete POS. Nice hire!!!

The Manager!!!! He was present Friday 5/16 and Sat 5/17. You need to do better. I will NEVER stay at your hotel ever again, at any city. Never!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Lafayette during their current renovations, and overall had a great experience. It looks like they’ve started updating from the third (top) floor and are working their way down. We were in a newly renovated room on the third floor, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The room was thoughtfully set up with plenty of places to hang items, a wardrobe for clothes, an iron and ironing board, TV, desk, and even a comfortable settee for sitting. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting throughout the room was decent. Even with renovations happening, our stay was pleasant, and the updates they’re making are definitely a positive improvement.

Bugs all over the room!

This location was a shocking, complete let down. The bed sheets looked clean yet, pulling the covers back to check for bugs, their was loose hair and grass like substances all over. The bathroom had crust and mold around the drains. A big black mold spot on the tub floor. The room smelled like wet mold that hit you like a ton of bricks when opening the room door. Clearly fabreeze was very strong in the hallway though. The door closed but can clearly see through a wide crack into the hallway. Very unsafe, very uncomfortable. We will NEVER give them another chance. For the amount they OVERcharged me, they could at least fix the sign so it doesn’t look like an animal ate half the sign off.
