Charela Inn Hotel

Just stayed a week here and it was amazing. Great property that is extremely well taken care of. Staff is very friendly. The beach area is one of the largest with plenty of shaded seating. Only thing that would have made stay even better is if the rooms had a microwave. So much good food available to be able to eat leftovers later in the room would have been great. The government also needs to fix the roads. The traffic can be bad because everyone has to slow down to avoid all the pot holes. Love the hotel!!

I loved staying at this hotel. My room was right on the water. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the air conditioner but they fixed it right away. It was difficult to do much sight seeing due to the distance from Negril and some of the activities as well as the expensive transportation in the area. I got two massages on the beach and was able to just unwind and relax after my mother passed away. I chose this hotel because it is Jamaican owned. The beach was perfect with enough shade and a peaceful area.

The property is on the beach ,however the water pipes in the beach area weren’t working. We had to wash off the sand in the shower

Overall a great stay. The restaurant staff was not super friendly but security and front desk staff were all lovely! And the restaurant food was delicious! Overall a beautiful property and I would stay there again!

The palm trees on the beach create paradise for me!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charela Inn. All the staff members we interacted with were very professional, courteous and efficient. Charela Inn will definitely be our stay of choice whenever we are returning to Negril.

Right off the water and the food was delicious.

I love staying at Charela the staff are amazing and the property is always clean and quiet I’m happy that I’m a returing guest and I look forward to visiting next year

Staff are very friendly, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Property on a nice location of the beach. Dinners were outstanding. The only thing I didnt like was the lunch, tried sandwiches (nothing on them) Pizza was expensive and didnt taste like a pizza. Dinners were outstanding.
