Le bâtiment est une superbe bâtisse, avec des bibliothèques un peu partout. Calme et trés bonne literie.

Vieille bâtisse oui mais qui a besoin d'être remise à neuf : moquettes, insonorisation, ameublement.

L’hôtel est vétuste et sale. Le Hammam présente des moisissures importantes et le petit déjeuner était pitoyable.

Habituellement client Sofitel, je pensais venir dans un hôte de luxe. J’ai trouvé un établissement vétuste, sale, qui tombe en ruine. Le soir de notre arrivée, le Jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, le hammam présente des moisissures importantes et le petit déjeuner était ridicule !

Sehr schönes historisches Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und tollem Ausblick auf die Pyrenäen in sehr guter Lage.

Mängel bei der Instandhaltung: Armaturen im Badezimmer waren teils defekt, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Die Sauna war wegen Wartung nicht in Betrieb(?). Auch das Jacuzzi Pool funktioniert nicht.
