If you are into shopping for clothes, you wont be disappointed - wholesale and personal. I was pretty curious why there were so many ladies with large suitcase around . Reason - apparel shopping . As a hotel , the station is right there. Restaurants plenty and if yu still need your fix of fast food, there is a local burger restaurant. A big bonus is the airport shuttle which is actually a 40 seater bus. It stop right in front of the hotel ! Was expecting to see a limo ( it is called that) but it actually is a bus. Facilities are basic and they do provide buffet breakfast which is pretty basic. it serves meals too but the choice is limited .

Location is gd, convenient to subway and a bus direct to airport. However the charging port in the room is not so gd contact for international plug adaptor. Otherwise, good place for short stay.

Good Transportation. Airport Shuttles No. 6001 stop at the hotel. verry nice Cleaning every day. over all Good for traveller.

I didn’t like The shower and toilet

No warm air supply, only a heater provided. But it is ok for below -10 degree. Hotel are close to subway, a 7-11and gs25 nearby. A lot of food selection.

The service is super good especially the front desk staff. Apart from their fast and nice check in service, their follow up service is super good. I left my mug in the hotel and so I sent email to check with them after I returned to HK. Their front desk staff replied me within a few hours even I sent my email in midnight. They helped me to keep it and said can help me sent to other hotel for my friend to pick up with just a reasonable cost. Really thanks them for their help.

location, location and location. This hotel is very good for the midnight shopping. The room size is also acceptable which is value for money. Nice.

Good Location, 3mins walk to DDP. Airport Bus-Station just right outside the Hotel.

Location is superb- right in front of airport limousine bus stop which you can ride bus 6001 to and fro Incheon international airport. This is very helpful when you are carrying heavy luggages. Lots of shopping and food just across the road. There is also a supermarket at the nearest alley to the right of the residence for cheaper purchase compared to nearby convenience stores. Amenities such as laundry services- coin operated washing machines and dryer, water dispenser on every floor, as well as, oven and utensils in the room are also very useful for long stays. Design of the residence is very thoughful on the needs of the guests. In addition, staffs are very polite and are able to converse well in English and Mandarin, allowing us to leave lugguage with them when we travel to Busan for 3 days. This is really convenient for us as it lightens our load when going to an fro on the train. Residence may be aged but still comfortable for stay especially when most part of the time will be spent outside exploring. Cleanliness and housekeeping however can be improved. Cleaner did not replenish toilet paper so we had to call the reception desk for it. Toilet flush was also weak for the first room we stayed in 10-01. Bedsheets were not spotless clean and toothbrush and toothpaste also not provided. Overall, still value for money.
